Who to contact
Phace Track Manager is provided by Phace Installations Ltd, Unit 6, Xpressway Business Park, Chudleigh, Devon, TQ13 0FJ.

Information entered in the forms
When you submit an enquiry form, the details you enter (such as your name, contact details, address or vehicle base, and message) are emailed to Phace Installations at info@phacetrackmanager.co.uk and to Native Media, who manage this website, so we can respond to your enquiry. The website does not save form entries to a database.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and discuss fleet tracking with you. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Telephone and email links are separate from the forms: using them opens your own phone or email service and may send information directly to Phace.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not include optional analytics or advertising tools. It does not offer an option to consent to tracking that is not present.
When you dismiss the cookie notice, a preference called phace-privacy-notice-seen is saved in your browser's local storage. This is not a cookie. It stores only that you have seen the notice, not your name or form entries, and stays until you clear this site's browser storage.
You can reopen the notice using the Cookie notice link in the footer. If your browser blocks storage, the notice may appear again on your next visit.
Website delivery and external services
Your browser requests pages and images from the website host. The host may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider's logging and retention arrangements have not yet been confirmed for the live service.
When viewed in the website editor, technical errors may be reported to the preview service with the page address and error details. This is separate from submitting an enquiry to Phace.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to obtain these fonts, which can disclose your IP address and browser request information. Read Google's privacy policy.
Google review links, further-reading links and the customer login open external services with their own privacy notices. This notice does not describe the processing of vehicle or driver information within the separate Track Manager Lite customer platform.
Your privacy rights
UK data protection law gives people rights over their personal information, including rights to ask for access, correction or erasure, and to restrict or object to certain uses. Which rights apply depends on the processing involved.
Contact Phace using the details above with a privacy enquiry. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you have concerns about how your information is handled.
